If S-23 is used for muscle building and fat loss, a dose of 15-25mg per day is appropriate. What's more, none of the mice were able to impregnate the females during the mating trials. However, the contraceptive effect is temporary - infertility is reversed about 100 days after the last dose, and the pregnancy rate is 100%.
S - 23 side effects:
The main side effect of S-23 use is inhibition of natural testosterone production. This gives it potential as a male contraceptive and makes it very different from other SARMS, with an extremely high rate of inhibition of own testosterone secretion by S-23. As a result, S-23 is less popular than other SARM products, with users mostly thinking that they might as well take Steroids instead of you. Unfortunately, there have been no human studies, so little is known about other potential side effects.
