What is Marigold Flower Extract?
Marigold, Latin name: Tagetes erecta l., compositae, marigold, annual herb, 50-150 cm tall, stem erect, stout, vertical thin edges, branch up flat. Marigold often sowing in spring.
Zeaxanthin is extracted from marigold. Lutein is orange powder, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvent such as hexane. experiments prove that plants in the natural lutein is a excellent antioxidant.
