Cinnarizine, is a calcium channel blocker, which belongs to peripheral vasodilator. Also known as cinnamazine, cinnamyl phenylpiperazine, cinnamyl pyrazine, cerebral pyrazine, white or quasi-white crystalline or crystalline powder, odorless, tasteless. Insoluble in Chemicalbook water, soluble in boiling ethanol, easily soluble in benzene. Relizine has dilation effect on vascular smooth muscle, antagonistic effect on various vasoconstrictor substances such as 5-hydroxytryptamine, adrenaline, bradykinin, vasopressin and so on, and can relieve vasospasm.
